This rally is surprisingly close so far. Let's see what afternoon brings.. If Saturday is as loose as anticipated, it's gonna be a huge battle for 3rd. Especially Ogier has to bring the time back.

I know this has been bashed around here more times but for it to be perfect we need to replace Japan with Australia, Saudi Arabia for Wales Rally GB as season Finale, Rally Germany after Finland, since CER is out and Corsica instead of Canaries, yeah I know, not too much to ask
Only you know your true potential.

Good thing so far is that there is no dominance by any team or driver.

Adrien Fourmaux humbled the champions, revealed the secret of his speed...
Fourmaux completed a small development test before Rally Paraguay, which the champions did not contest. However, Fourmaux emphasised that the test alone hardly made a major difference, as it was not a proper test programme.
“Ott just didn’t want to do the development, which I did, but it was not a test actually. But at the moment I’m just a little bit different with the setup. I’m a bit stiffer with chassis, suspension and my geometries. It can make a difference or maybe i's about the driving style,” Fourmaux summed up.
“I have to say that the first stage is really tricky for everybody. It’s not really nice to drive, but we tried to get through without any drama. And then on the next three stages we decided to push where we felt it was a bit more like rally style. I’m happy that it was paying off at the end."

Ott not wanting to do the development test
Going to Toyota?
The stage is like the Ninja Warrior show - you try to run through something and there is a system built to just beat you up meanwhile.
