Best action/capture small camera for filming Rally

Like the title suggests, I’m looking to purchase a small action camera for the upcoming Central European Rally, I was wondering if anyone here has any recommendations? (Budget is around €100-150, maybe €200 if it’s something really good).
    Thanks!

What do you want to do with it and what shots do you want to get? Are you looking to walk with it on a gimbal and control it with your thumb or put it stage side and leave it?

Stage side and leave it as the cars come by.

I haven't been paying too much attention to cameras in recent years, but think your choice will be between DJI Osmo Action, GoPro Hero and Insta360 cameras. Out of those three producers, think DJI has been getting the most praise and GoPro the most criticism. There are plenty of comparison/review videos on Youtube, so you can see how they are side by side. Of course no one tests them with very fast moving objects or tests how they survive, if a car drives over them or flies them against something
Never stop dreaming because one day it might happen.
