    The Ogier - Evans battle is great to watch, nothing between them

    I´ve always been positive about this rally, having visited itmaybe 25 times (not this year), but have to agree.

    Don´t know why, but same stages, too fast is for sure something to be thought over...

    I also agree. This years edition looks boring

    But maybe because I have been on stages the last 10 years.

    Glad I didn’t go this year

    I have a different opinion about this. This is just a different style of rally, requires different skills and different talent.

    When spectating on site you can experience how they ignore the rules of physics, you will not get such experience behind the screen - because it all seems "straight road and drag race".

    Listen to interviews at the stage end now, drivers are just doing their dream stage.

    One can agree on that too. But spectating on site demands a lot if you should be happy... places to go and so on.

    Yes, it requires some homework. Listening to those airhorns from public areas I'm actually glad I'm not there.

    Provisional standings from SS18 > SS19
    * Evans: 173 > 178
    * Rovanperä: 163 > 166
    * Tänak: 162 > 162
    * Ogier: 156 > 160
    * Neuville: 122 > 122

    So most likely Tänak falls from 1st to 4th with that rally. The only way to gain points is if someone retires from the front.

    I'm not sure this rally is boring but the coverage today this classic stage is really disappointing. If you told a non-fan to watch this morning, they'd say what's the big deal. It looked like any other Finland stage.
