    I went for lunch and returned to find Armstrong 2nd fastest on SS13, but with a 10s penalty. What happened ?

    Łukasz Byskiniewicz, a Polish championship driver, is shocked by Phillip Allen's driving. He drives behind him and says that Allen's car changes its shape after each stage! 😀 He decided to ask him for a photo while he is still in the rally 😀

    I'm curious to understand what the Armstrong penalty is for, Reiersen sent a hay bale at a chicane into outer space earlier yet no penalty?
