Yeah, in such conditions even winning a stage doesn't give you much, just 2 seconds sometimes. It will be very difficult for Ostberg or Armstrong to gain some positions here.

Really enjoying this rally so far, great battle at the front, one mistake could cost a win or podium. I know not everybody likes it but great to see the locals compete with and beat the ERC regulars, especially a young local like Riersen. Impressed by Johannsson's pace today too, beating Ostberg and Marczyk on all stages so far.
Driver interviews are far more interesting and entertaining than WRC as well, they seem more open and maybe relxaed than the WRC. (Not meant as a criticism of the WRC drivers)

It's even worse now for Max. The stewards noted that he would not have had to give the position back to George. So his lack of temper control took him from a podium to 10th place.
