    Why did Neuville, Evans, Cachon, and Pardo lose so much more time in SS 7 than in the other SS the second time around? Rain? Dirty cuts, not so much?

    maybe the weather.All these drivers started about an hour+ later from front runners
    Cachon No 62 Neuville and Evans about No 80
