What the hell?? I open up my smart Samsung TV, open the rally tv app only to find out it’s not supported, thanks WRC promoter, you really outdid yourself this time…

Philips TV with Android. Newly installed app... Can't change language (default setting is spanish). Also even more confusing interface. You really need to search for content. I predicted in Crystal ball thread, that it will work worse. Oh, and also, crashing & complete log out isn't fixed. I saw also that ERC and WorldRX section is gone. So we get way less, again. Kudos.

I had paid for the year but as the app now doesn't work on my Samsung TV I have started a dispute with them for a not as sold item as i paid with Paypal. They have not replied to two emails from Paypal so i will keep you informed how i get on.

I'm so glad I get the RallyTV stream on TNT Sport (via Sky) and dont have to bother with or pay for the App.

I pay on monthly basis, it's cheaper (you can get many 2 events in that one month time scale). Also because I don't always have time to watch it, so I don't pay for specific events. But right now or this year probably will watch it for entire year, since we could have only memories in the future, so I will try to enjoy it despite very bad service, while it lasts (I mean whole WRC, not just RallyTV thing).

Has anyone here looked at the archived highlights footage?? These morons (pardon my french) left out all the daily highlights for each and every rally, and only left the Full-Event Higlights.....I think this is one of the only motorsport where the coverage keeps searching for the bottom of the barrel....honestly what a piece of s***....I don't want the sport to die or the championship to die, but boy do I wanna see this current promoter go bankrupt....Honestly....garbage on fire...no wonder Hyundai wanna quit...even if it's "just" 80 million euros a year....I would be embarssed if that's the level of so called promotion a brand is getting...

Anyone heard anything about the casting option?
From my phone i need to use smart view when i have a new enough TV available (not at home) and casting the tab on Mac gets really bad quality after some minutesLast edited by SubaruNorway; 5th April 2025 at 08:07.
