    https://dirtfish.com/rally/wrc/neuvi...eel-violation/

I don't understand, first they write this:

"Seven minutes after Neuville departed the stage six finish control, the left-rear wheel ceased to rotate – two minutes later FIA Technical Delegate Jerome Toquet informed Hyundai this was the case and a further two minutes later, on receiving that message from his team, Neuville pulled over to fix the wheel."

Which sounds like Neuville started the road section with 4 rotating wheel, so I assumed Neuville repaired it immediately after SS6. But then the stewards are quoted saying that Neuville wasn't aware one of his wheels wasn't rotating after the crash... so Neuville didn't repair anything at the start of the road section, the broken wheel was able to rotate?

According to stewards decision, Neuville didnt know that car is damaged so heavily and continued with NOT rotating the wheel. Only after information from scrutineer/team, he stopped and fixed it.

The announcent said that the data came from the cars via a LTE(4G) data connection - i.e. by the mobile phone networks.

It will work great when they test the system but when they try to use it in a stage full of spectators all using their mobile phones to upload clips to their Instagrams it will be very unreliable.

Imagine Neuville being DNF'd in Monte-Carlo for such a little thing.. ain't gonna happen. No way he didn't know the car was damaged badly.

Hyundai seems to get away pretty easily lately..
They used that , we will leave'' card again?

From DF story, the stsrt of SS16 is wet
