    Yeah, good start for him.
Interesting to see that today there were quite big swings in time from stage to stage, but overall they were only 0.5 seconds apart for the whole day. Adrien’s advantage came from yesterday.
It’ll be interesting to see what, if any feedback about the tyres comes out.

The main difference came in SS2 (This was due to the tyre choice I believe). I watched some videos and saw that Kalle looked more clean and cautious on ice whereas Adrien took more risks. TBH, I was expecting Fourmaux to be first in this rally because Kalle hasn't been in this car on Tarmac more than a year. I believe he is a bit rusty on Tarmac.
However this is a test rally for them so I wouldn't take this very serious.

    Congrats to Fourmaux also.

    Equal status..
Fourmaux used Thierry's overalls (sponsors were duct-taped)

But this little thing aside, nice start for him in Hyundai!

Pirelli stickers on Fourmaux's car today. Was Rovanpera mostly testing the Hankook's ?

I saw a brief interview with Fourmaux where he said he didn’t know because they never tried the tyres in these conditions. I assume he meant the Hankooks.
Maybe the Pirelli stickers are there contractually until 2025?

On the first day there were no tyre stickers on his car, but on the second day the Pirelli logos's appeared...

“To begin with the car wasn’t set up for me, it was giving some understeer at the entry to the corner and then quite snappy oversteer at the exit. We worked throughout the event on the geometry, the bars, the springs and the differential. The car was quite stiff, so we softened it towards the end and I was really comfortable.”

    Hah. Sounds so familiar
