No way. Toyota will throw everything and the kitchen sink for a Rally Japan victory and exhausting any possibility for the Constructor's. Plus, they usually do an end of season event and announcements for next year after the rally. Can't see how missing their apparent top rally driver can be justified.

Taka said he is going for a push like never before, so it would make sense that Kalle will be there and Katsuta won't be scoring any points to have the possibility risk everything

Ogier got another life lesson that you are not your own boss and you can do whatever you like and some you have to think of a team. He ignored the first warning ⚠️ and got punished stage later. Thankfully Taka saved the day otherwise TGR were completely f...

Ffs all that hybrid related stuff..
Rememver Mikkelsen had problems with hybrid light shut down, then co-driver did some reset and that sh1tbox started working.
But.. hours and hours later fia masterminds found our that such thing isn't allowed and gave him 1min penalty..
Although the penalty itself didn't change anything atm, but wtf.. they think that such shltshow brings more people to wrc..?

Ogier says he's a team player...
https://dirtfish.com/rally/wrc/centr...tle-questions/
“I have to be honest, I think like most of us racing drivers, we are very egotistical. You always think about yourself first. That’s the way it works and that’s the way you go forward in this business,” the eight-time champion shared.
“But I have to say very honestly that over time, year after year, I have become more and more of a team player and I really enjoy this situation, also because I feel really good in this team. They gave me really a great car first of all and also an opportunity to really adjust my schedule like I want. And I think we are working well together and as much as I can give back, I try to do it.
That’s why the manufacturers’ championship is important for me, now more than ever, and I’m excited to be in this battle.”
ahh the hybrids were the problem imo. too expensive even for msport regarding advertising, i may be the only one here thinking this, but i honestly dont see where manufacturers and big sponsors...
