He uses it for training, and in the world of sim rally comparing modded RBR to EA Sports WRC is an insult to RBR players. It's a hardcore ecosystem and elitism plays a big part in what game people see as more "realistic" than the other

Gryazin has always been a big RBR player and besides training he also does it for fun. He enjoys it and is a great member of the RBR community. He is very laid back, has always been very friendly and is, in general, just another one of us "gamers" when competing in rallies online.

I do believe that he was correct in calling out WRC for misquoting him.

Now I look at the quotes on WRC dot com and they have changed it to [rally game]. There is no way they are going to allow a twenty year old modded rally game to get publicity over the official EA Sports WRC on their own website, especially since the EA title has been so disappointing.

It may seem inconsequential and nitpicking, but non-sim racers would have a hard time understanding why the distinction is important to us. Heck, even in the sim racing world it's hard to understand why we take these things so seriously!
I think that a lot of us here played RBR as welll and know that. I was an admin of rbronlineracing.cz myself at its beginnings but I stopped playing already 15 years ago (time flies!).

Nevertheless it's still completely ridiculous for a professional driver to distracts himself with reading online comments on the web.

Championship as it stands: (Evans 6th)

    1. Neuville 158
    2. Evans 138
    3. Tänak 137
    4. Ogier 132
    5. Fourmaux 111

With Tänak not doing Super Sunday it is really possible that he will be 4th on the road in Greece. So nothing is lost for him.

If they were sensible Toyota could slow both Latvala and Pajari this afternoon which would get Evans up to 6th without affecting the top 2 cars.

Evans is just 26.6s behind JML in Rally2 car, he will get past on his own. Pajari is another matter.
