There's not really been so much to discuss.
The top ERC regulars / contenders either went off, struggled badly or had damage and lost time from early on.
The main battle was just between two locals, neither of whom are doing the ERC Season.
Also Tanak's big crash mystery distracted us on the first day.

what a PS stage from Linnamäe, im actually surprised he managed to do the rally with this pace without the mistakes.
But more credit to Virves, his seat time with the machine is nothing compared to Linnamäe and his budget.#8 Ott Tänak - Martin Järveoja #8

I was watching the whole rally through results, live and tracking. And I must say it is better to be on site than follow it only through computer. Few times I came also here, but as there were no messages, there was nothing to discuss.
But generally it was nice rally with nice fights on all positions. And it showed how important is starting order. Bad QS can ruin your chances for good result.
And weather changes were also very important this year. Switching from sunny to rain conditions just before start of QS and also before Power Stage...

I was away from computers but followed it from phone.
I have a bit of mixed feelings - was it a really impressive drive and fight from Linnamäe and Virves or did all ERC regulars underperform? At the moment I take the first option. I'm clad that both reach the finish. From getting the funding for next starts, it would be better when Virves got the win.

... a lot of marketing, but do we have any validation that the car is actually worth it? Is it a blind belief at the moment?
