It will be a good and interesting exercise but I don't hope it brings sales, there's no need to encourage super-expensive cars in national series where Rally2 is already high performance.
I dont see a problem As Millener says, it will just be like the WRC cars of old which many ran regionally. And any Rally1 sales or hire will only be for the rich gentleman driver anyway and could be fun for fans to see.
