    I hope Lancia will come soon enough and hit the ground running, although now that it’s ‘French’ Lancia, a French-Italian co-operation in rallying….I doubt it.

    It's probably a very basic 'mule' given they are testing it during the Croatia PET. Swapping the rear wing for the Rally2 one and blocking the inlets is quite easy. Plus the hybrid unit can stay for now as its weight will be replaced by ballast or it will change the car balance too much.
