TFZ is called tyre fitting zone, but in fact it is very similar to remote service. You have two mechanics on site and they can do everything on the car like in normal service, only with the tools and parts which are inside the car.

Total distance including road section reduced from 1650 (2023) to 1401 km (2024)!

Not happy with rally being shorter but reducing stages distance only by 18km while reducing whole thing by 250km is quite impressive.

It is not so impressive. They just skipped one visit in service area and replaced it by TFZ. And from teams perspective, it is quite strange to have regrouping and TFZ with distance 13 km...

    Hello,
Do you think there will be more Rally 1 cars than the 8 standard cars (3 Toyotas, 3 Hyundais and 2 Fords)?

In Croatia probaly not, but in Latvia probaly YES. In Latvian TV show Martins Sesks only said, that he has developed good relationship with Toyota Gazoo racing team and already tested Yaris rally 2. And it is known in Latvia, that Sesks team is working hard with a clear aim to get Rally 1 drive for WRC Latvian round. So I would say with 72% percent likelyhood, that Sesks will drive Toyota Yaris rally1 in WRC Latvia 2024.

I don't think you need good relations with the toyota team, I think you just need the money. The same for M-sport and even hyundai. If you pay enough, they will give you a car.

And I think he is trying to add Poland to his outings also.

It would be cool to see Sesks in rally1, what are his plans for season as a whole? WRC-2? ERC?
