[Fast Eddie WRC]

Saw some of the live action stream this morning and Kalle Rovanpera was great to watch in the old Toyota Starlet.

I managed to see Kalle on SS2 before the car broke. He was very fast.

But regardless of the celebrity visitors, it was a great rally, on great roads and great competition in many classes. I managed to see 3 stages with 60-90 cars on each.

Huttunen won the Rally2 class like he did in Kuopio, even on the old Skoda. The technical route suited him well- Asunmaa had now the new new Sloda RS but he was suffering a bit from road cleaning.

Hei guys, I recently find out that by a pure luck I´ll be in Rovaniemi in the time of Artic Lapland Rally and therefore I´ll be mad to not visit the event at least for one leg. And as I was browsing events website, I was unable to find out some basic info I´d like to know before visiting and I´m kindly asking here whether someone would give me some more info. To today, I´ve only visited WRC Rally Finalnds and thus I don´t know how its goind on national events. Is there some rally pass to buy or paying at stages visited? How is managed parking? I´m picturing that Lapland will be full of snow, thus I´m wondering what to do with car. Also, if someone have some tips for nice place to spectate, I´d be glad. Kiitos

You´re right it would be madness not to visit Arctic Rally if you are in place. This should in the bucket list of every rally fan..

From the rally website you can find all the basic info for the rally: itinerary, route, tickets etc. There is also some good tips for the rally spectators how to deal with parking and moving around the area - it will be a nice winter (driving) experience for spectators also.

Thank you. Maybe I´m asking too much, but after looking through web site of the event, I was unable to find such info as parking, tickets, moving around. Not even in Suomi version of the site. I suppose that more info is yet to come? Basicly I was so far before the event wondering whether parking is something like at Rally Finland, that there´ll be designated places with parking fee, whether there´ll be maps of each special stage, etc.
