This format to let topX rally2 drivers go before rally1 and the rest of the rally2 field after rally1 gives unequal situation for the first runners - at the moment Joona faster Fourmaux and Kajetanowicz 0.1 slower than Mikkelsen. It most likely would not be the case from equal start position.

So that's a 33 point advantage for rovanpera with 3 rallies still to go.
I hope evans can keep him busy for a while. None of the Hyundai or fords is able to

Evans really needed to beat Rovanpera here, with a better road position and Kalle coming off a mistake and DNF in Finland.
But as well as his skill Rovanpera also had the luck with the conditions and Evans the opposite with 2 punctures and a car issue.
This was Evans best chance and it didnt happen. I cant see him challenging Rovanpera now unless he has another DNF.
