Haas
In anyones opinion what does Haas have to do to get to the upper mid pack? Is it even possible. Thanks

Its near impossible for tail end teams to attract the top engineers, especially with being a low budget team.
It might be possible but how exactly, I have no idea... ditch Ferrari and try something a bit daring and different... Honda PU's?... or ecome a AM B team?
What would you do?

I agree with its to get the best people but i think thats what you have to try to do. maybe go the young route and look for young engineers you are really hungry and wont cost a fortune. i know its not easy but i for one am tired of the same teams always out front and the others dont have a chance.

Creating lean structures and concentrating their efforts at one place would be a start. I would imagine using three bases (NC, Banbury and Maranello) causes a lot of unnecessary friction.
