Toyota has a weird small scoop in their engine bay, not sure if its new or not, pics I found on the net suggests it was not there last year on tarmac events:

The Puma just arrived back to the service park. @MSportLtd boys and girls will investigate what’s the issue and hopefully we are able to continue tomorrow.

I see so when they push the bonnet up on the Toyota it fills it with water anyway like Ogier now

Sordo just lost power randomly and was stopped was some time, no watersplash involved.

And all-live reported heavy rain on the next stage.
