    People have to be off the stage 30 mins before first car, and keep off the road. Why people don’t understand this I’ve no idea.

    so Loubet didnt get any penalty for not being able to start the previous stage?

    wasnt there a new rule that if you cant get away from start line in 10 secs you will get a 1 minute penalty or smth?
