it was bearly faster than rally4s, and on some stages quite a bit slower. But I don't know the "quality" of the drivers, and let's face it, smooth tarmac is not really a place to shine for rally3. Lets wait for some gravel showdown against Fiesta

Armstrong finished Rally Islas Canarias with 1,76s/km loss to quite a decent driver in rally2 and it was also smooth tarmac.

Poor M-Sport. Cars in all categories… but the worst one in all. Now the Clio Rally3 looks faster than a Fiesta Rally2.

Might be a little premature to conclude after first weekend for the Clio, but it looks promising for the frenchman.
But I am looking forward to a rally with top drivers in both brands.

depends on wich rally you choose to pick. in france, definitely, in italy it looked slower than rally4.

Any comments on the new car from any of the 5 Clio drivers last weekend?
