This design allows air to flow smoothly over the grille, thus reducing air resistance (drag). The distribution of holes ensures that air reaches all radiators and engine cooling is ensured.

I heard on WRC+ several times that there is a minimum tyre pressure teams have to adhere to. And surely Hankook wouldn't advise this pressure on a high speed event. Also with the Neuville and...
