    The MERC runs under the FIA Regional Rally Championship Sporting Regulations (here: https://www.fia.com/sites/default/fi...egulations.pdf). These rules, with some minor variations, are the same as the rules for the ERC.

    Just to highlight it to anybody who isn't aware, Emil Lindholm, Andreas Mikkelsen and Mads Ostberg are currently doing the Qatar International Rally in SRT Skoda Fabia Rally2 evos. Nasser Al-Attiyah is there as usual too, in the Polo.
