    It's not as much a rule (as written in the rulebook) rather than FIA Safety Delegate having authority to cancel stages deemed unsafe to run.

    Same here. Could not put my money on Neuville on fast straight sections against Rovanperä. But seems that Hyundai got better setup and/or engine for that. Neuville delivers well of course, just car and strong engine does not do the time.
