Yes, it is.

To me, it can't be said that Oliver won the PS. He was fastest in that stage but, considering he wasn't scoring points in WRC2 he's not the Power Stage winner. But that's just my opinion.

There was a talk that some renovation/reconstruction is going to take place in Monaco where the service was located this year. So, it is likely they move away for next year. But you never know with this event.
