    Can they still enter local and national rally's with their current wrc cars? I would assume not since i don't see anyone doing it anymore.

    I think this is up to the regulations of each national championship.
    For example this year looks like we are going to have 2 rallies that will use Acropolis or ex Acropolis stages (still fantastic to use as PET), but these cars up until last year were not allowed to start in the championship.
    Of course if something like this comes up things may change quickly…

    But still the dates are bad… one is the weekend before Sardegna and the other on Safari…

    Because for teams, especially for M-sport it is much more expensive than testing
