I guess this year's JWRC cars might be up for sale by M-Sport Poland? Might be worth sending them an email?

Lets see what MSport want for them.
If a typical new Rally3 they sell to customers will be 100 000 for a base car + extra equipment 30-40 000 euro.

So after a year in JWRC they should maybe be sold for 80-100 000€ depending on how much extra "nice to have"
equipment they have.

So FIA wants 4 brands in Rally3, so 2 more than the two we know of so far.
