The top two Fords are an "old mercenary" and a customer driver. Without them the top Ford is Greensmith in 8th, would be 6th if you ignore the first two. Just saying.

Does he honestly believe that he will be straight away superior in Toyota (if he will go there). How much time did he need to adopt to Puma or i20?
