Do you guys follow any type of HillClimb competition? I have been watching that HillClimbMonsters channel on YouTube and I find awesome to see such a variety of cars racing against each other. It reminds me rally, but it looks more "open". Any tips of an official Championship for me to actually follow instead of just these clips?

That's the beauty of hillclimbing, you can see many "extreme" cars built by small privateers and a huge variety. The only international championship I'm aware of is the European Hillclimb Championship (many clips of HillClimbMonsters are taken from that) but I don't think there are ways to follow it apart from results and videos. Sometimes an organizer might stream the start on their Fb page or YT channel.

Thanks for the infos mate. Weird, it looks a "simple" championship to be broadcasted like the UCI MTB Downhill championship. With some clips from the "top20" plus the "top10" full run. It looks its normally just one stage. Way more simple than a rally Championship, eh? But anyway. Going to check this right now

I lived for years close to several hill climb tracks, one of them being a European championship (Ecce Homo) classic but to be honest I have never fell in love with it. In that area there were plenty of motorsports to see live every weekend from motorcross over go-karts or truck trial up to MotoGP. I used to visit motorcross and go-karts from time to time but only rally was the one I visited really regularly.

PS One of the craziest things you can see on hill climbs here from time to time is Buggyra with their trucks, both circuit or Dakar ones. Just check the link

The Gravel Crew did his job perfectly, it's their cult rally car. But strangely I find it quite amusing and not a bad choice

The Extreme-E season just finished! It was interesting. I was enjoying more the saturdays cuz its more like Rally (timed run) but the races on sunday with multiple cars were actually fun to watch too. I started kinda skeptic but in the end it was a cool series to watch. Hope they keep only 5 or 6 races per year... McLaren is joining for 2022.. No secret that other brands may enter too. FIA will make it a World Championship in some years (no doubt).. Its "easier" than Rally and Dakar to promote so I honestly expect some growth. They cant take over cuz rally and dakar are RALLY AND DAKAR, but they will grow in the next years. And Kyle Leduc is the coolest driver to watch haha awesome
