With below zero or close to below zero during the nights I guess the surface will get much harder?
And related to that there will also be much less cleaning, maybe only noticable for 2-3 first cars and no ruts for second pass?

Rather the opposite. It doesn't get frozen, but it stays wet.

The cleaning effect / loose gravel slipperiness will likely be reduced by the dampness. However, road damage on second passes could be worse, but then again there's only 43 cars starting (and the Vetomies class doing one pass on Saturday).

Well, I said "national historic" But they are using cars whose homologation have been expired, so it's like semi-historic. Some Imprezas and Lancers, but also C2's, Type-R's and BMW's as well as Astras, Starlets and Escorts.

Historic rallying is more than just "old cars". From spectators point of view - and also from the road damage and racing lines point of view - it's completely different.
