In first run I'd say everyone was the same, 0,9s between top4 on 9,8 km is nothing.

Differences will probably not be big. A few seconds per stage. Usually its hard to make up time here, so it's down to who makes the least mistakes.

Yes, but even being level with Neuville and Ogier is an improvement for Tänak, who was lagging behind in Croatia.
