I for one enjoy that we have a truly different challenge among 10+ almost equal rallys.

Variety is one thing, absurdity is another thing. This is a farce and we only are at the end of first competitive day, I am afraid we will see a lot more carnage before the rally is over. The teams were given dispensation to make adjustments to the cars.

None of them chose it.

The problem here is that these drivers just can't change their brain to think of anything other than flat out.

So many people on this forum bang on about the 'good old days'. Well, here it is.

Kalle messed up not driving to the conditions. He drove with his balls rather than his brains.

And this is what happens.

Exactly. World driver champion should be the one who adapts to conditions best. Next we could start complaining that they should plow/salt Monte stages when snow comes.

The only farce about this is that the drivers chose not to be careful. That's what you get.

There are all driving faster then they should.

Teams will learn from this. Turkey 2018 was a car breaker and I think it wasn't as bad in following years

None of drivers said after recce that stages are impossible to drive.

To me it looks they are just driving too fast in wrong places.

But just last year we had stages cancelled in monza because there was snow on the road.

Also agree on that. But when mind set doesn´t change? And all cars are retired. What´s wrong then? Drivers? Organizers? Teambosses? Who to blaim drivers are going full speed in the djungle?
