If Rovanperä is helped out by organisers, what does it mean? Retired from stage as he was not able to continue himself?

He has to be able to reach the stage end and return to service under his own power to continue. Any other way and he's retired.

Probably less time expensive to retire from 1 SS than continuing and lose more than 10 min.
