I don't think numbers are available, but except for the Twingo and DS3 cups in France not many more were seen in good numbers, in Spain I only remember a Twingo R1 running local events, and a DS3 for renting

I wouldn't be suprised if there are more Clios Rally5 sold than all of R1 cars.

In Norway we have had 2-3 Fiestas, mostly due to the french was mostly developed for tarmac I think.
2 are still in use.

A top driver took one of them for a rally, and Anders Kjær drove it into 15th overall!!

R1 was understandbly never a succes. The cars were just too slow.

For the same or even a lower price you could get an old clio 2 group N, which was a lot faster.

Any news on competitors that will compete in the Clio Trophy by Toksport in 2022?

The link on the ERC page does not point to a live site, so someone must uptate the link.

Was impressed with the speed of the Clio Rally5 last year, so a top opportunity for a youngster,going international.
