Hey Mr. Jones , any chance you could allow some other team changes , if those teams are too close to others in make-up ?

I would suggest the first race should stand as a result , and "first posters" might need to make the request for change .
If everyone was to agree , and , most importantly , it isn't too much of a pain in the posterior for yourself , could we see it done ?
