Not in Czech republic, but in Italy does according to the article. Italian rally preparation companies are known for many "improvements" or we might say "evolutions"...

Oh, really? Sorry for my mistake then. I found two different translations for CIRA:
1 - Campionato Italiano Rally Assoluto

and had no idea which one was correct.

MRF were quite good last year in ERC and I bet they must be better this season.

On the other hand 2 km stage says nothing about the tyres. Long stages will show.
