The people who know what Kit Cars were, will not cofuse it and for the rest it doesn't really matter. Kit Cars are just a distant history for most of the people.

Old kicars did had engine and drivetrain from same brand. Like Astra or Golf KC. Did I understand right Oreca sells PSA engine in their kit?

Yes, the engine is PSA.

Anyway in fact the Rally2 Kit are cars which are by definition true kit cars unlike the old ones because they are being sold by Oreca as a kit to be installed in whatever bodyshell.

Alternatively, Rally2 is TCR while Rally2Kit & AP4 are NGTC..

I have just read that there is another Audi A1 rally car. Enrico Windisch is going to drive it in Blaufränkischland Rallye (Austria) tomorrow. It looks a little different than Ekstrom's car and it is called Audi A1 R4, but I think it is also Rally2 Kit. Look at no. 20 on the entry list:
