I didn't play RBR for 11 years but it indeed looks like I remember Arctic from the game

Every person perceives colors and light in a somewhat different way. You see that even professional race skiers use various colors of glasses for the same conditions. There is no universal solution for everyone.

This is why sweden should have moved sooner. Varmland is with current climate too far south.
