Strange to be putting on 1 winter tyre.
Must be better to have two of those in the back, so you get a good turn from the fronts, but similar input from the rear. Must be hard having 1 each and adapt the driving in right and left corners.
If you take two winter in the rear, I guess you can adjust a bit in balance front rear.

Think of it like this: would you like one flat tyre at the rear or would you prefer two?

Yes, it will be difficult to drive with one wrong tyre, but still faster than with 2 wrong tyres.
