So now Evans needs to get 5 points on the powerstage and Ogier to come something like third and no more than 1 PS point for them to be equal on points but two wins for Evans if I'm not wrong

If Ogier wins, he's 11 points ahead so no. But if Ogier loses several places, then maybe.
