Just saw that yes, so imo they have to cancel it for rest of WRC2/3 at minimum now. Interesting thing is that Formaux should start after Tidemand, but I maybe Tidemand turned of tracking? (is that possible outside of service?)

At a speed of 10 km/h. If they run on speed the next one coming would hit it because it was on a place where 2/3 cars crashed, i.e. others would not pass without difficulties.
