even if Kalle must stop and wait, 6min it's a lot of time to move car to safe position and not effect to cars down the order

There is no safe position there with a cliff on one side and rails on the other especially considering that it's a place where 2/3 cars crashed and others will most likely have big moments there too, i.e. nearly for sure somebody else would hit the standing car.
