Pretty sure the splits are telling that on slippery parts Ott gained massively and lost massively on tarmac which indicates different tyre strategy

Might have had the snowtires on, but imo his tarmac driving doesn't look too convincing compared to f.e Ogier. Leaving room in every corner.
