    A red flag is displayed to neutralise a stage in the event of an incident. It's covered by Art 53.5 of the FIA Regional Rally Sporting Regulations

    Abarth was blocking road so both Clio Rally5 drivers got "counted" time because they were stopped with SOS/red flag
