    “That was the hardest event I’ve done,” he said quietly. “It was complicated. I didn’t have so much confidence in the car, the notes, nothing. It was tough. Places where you would think the grip could be quite nice, there was none.”
    At least Kalle found Sardegna hard last year, and he had done Mexico, Argentina, Portugal and Italian national rallies by that point. Let's see what comments Oliver gives at the stage ends (if we hear any...)

    However this is not the time to compare these two guys. What they do in same rally but different year.

    They soon willl be judged together driving same class and that happens soon, but in the future. Not now.

    So let´s wait and see in a couple of years. Can´t wait.

    This SS1/3 of @OfficialWRC
    @Rally_d_Italia
    . I did a
    recce today and my notes say:
    "Gnarly, sketchy, bumpy, steep, dark, fast, rough, sandy and sinuous."
    Whoever is leading after SS3 deserves to win this rally, IMO.

    It wasn't my point in the first place to compare Oliver and Kalle or anyone else or to badmouth him. More like "I'm not expecting much from him this rally because technical gravel rallies are new to him, it's OK if he's slow this time. If he's fast, I'm positively surprised".

    Ok. Every new rally is interesting in many ways, but as you supposely mean, Oliver is our latest coming star and we are happy to see him perform on a new stage...
