    Tanak's lucky the M-Sports' went with the hard tyres or he could be last of the top runners. At least he has Lappi to sweep a good line tomorrow.

    well you make your own luck and he was just slow on this stage but i understand him not wanting to take risks cause he still has a shot for the title. he cant let single mistake anymore bcs then its definitely gone.

    Is this just about the first rally where the Mk2 Fiesta R5 is fighting on the top in a decent competition?

    For me this loop was very interesting. There is a huge cleaning effect in such stages, but, as we saw, there was also the advantage of no dust when you are first, also only two stages to get very important position for tomorrow, the is rather exciting setup. Also, no all day cleaning. And Ogier did good in this situation. Apart from that it was really nice that Loeb got the top spot.

    I get it that it's dangerous to drive in the dust but what could the organizers do about it? Increase the gaps to 4 minutes? Would it make it really that much better? And Loeb didn't complain...
