New ones: Abbring, Kalliokoski, Karai, Määttä and Rytkönen (19 drivers in Tykkimäki circuit, Kouvola, Finland)
Out: Baciuska, Eriksson, Szapo (17 drivers in Höljes racebana, Sweden)"quattro best 4wd rallycar ever"

I think in some ways it will depend on how much confidence he has in his aero team. If he can leave them to it and only lightly supervise then he can focus on the other aspects. If he can't let go...
