Better a "regional" rally than no rally at all.
Plus it would be a good way to promote Estonian national events as such as well.

Even if they would get money from the state i doubt it will be possible to organise the rally in juli 2020 with the current corona pandemie.

The timing of it is ... not understandable. Even if the borders will be open for international travel, then people (fans) won't start traveling before they can feel certain that the virus is done and dusted.
