Almost looks like Evans is pushing the tyres off the rim. That's some difference in suspension stiffness.

yes thats what i see from videos,generally the yaris is softer with more leaning,that can extract more grip.
Amazing job from Makinen team and BOS suspension.

While it's certainly job well done to those that went to clear it saying they "saved Evans victory" is kinda bit of a stretch. If he slowed/stopped seeing it on the road he'd get time back for sure based on onboard.
The only risk was if he crashed (into it or out of the road). Then he'd get nothing as we have seen in Australia 2018 with the tractor.

Fiesta looks closer to Yaris than to Hyundai in similar situations though. Hyundai just looks like a rigid block, even more so on tarmac. Originally Posted by AnttiL
