When is the last time Wales Rally GB has had any snow? The tyre regulations in the 90's were completely different, options were endless.

fia is trying to make rally2 (and wrc27) and rally4 even more interesting by having them also competing in national and regional rallycross. top eurorx cars would probably be rally2s and wrc27 cars...
